reThink Food, a unique collaboration between The Culinary Institute of America and the MIT Media Lab, brings together a diverse group of thinkers and innovators at the intersection of food, technology, behavior, and design. The initiative is exploring how big data, social networking, mobile computing, behavioral economics, marketing, neuroscience, agriculture, and culinary insight and strategy are radically changing food markets, systems, and the understanding of consumer choices.A major revolution is food is underway, powered by innovation and driven by consumers along with foodindustry leaders, visionary chefs, growers, entrepreneurs, scholars, scientists, behavioral economists, anddesigners. This movement of ideas aims to create a landscape where healthy, sustainable, higher quality, andmore engaging food experiences will thrive. At the center of this revolution is the innovator: in today's ever-accelerating markets, there is often little timefor a new company or product to get traction before consumers and investors decide to move on to the nextthing. Correctly reading shifts in food cultures and behaviors, designing brilliantly nimble business modelsand strategies, and developing deep, value-based connections with consumers are all essential traits ofsuccessful food-industry innovators today.Join us November 7-9 at the CIA's historic Greystone campus in the Napa Valley, California as we gatherexperts from a dozen or more fields to rethink the business of innovation, and the future of food, technology, and experience design.SPONSORSHIP LEVELS & BENEFITS: PLATINUM SPONSOR(*) Customized opportunities available.
