Research Summary
Serving as department's practitioner/educator in Land Use and Growth Management. Signature consulting work includes the preparation of cluster housing regulations for the Town of Harvard, MA, zoning and development guidelines for the Fenway Special Study Area in Boston, the town of Guilford, CT, and many other communities throughout New England. She was recently involved in the review of a proposed lifestyle center and the proposal of alternative design concepts for a site in the town of Westford, MA. Other current projects include preparation of elements of the Westford Master Plan as well as the Town of Clinton, MA Master Plan. She prepared the first planned village development bylaw allowing mixed use development in the town of Upton, MA. Currently a major focus of research involves disability access and the built environment.
